Clough Village Interpretative Sign – Illustration © Eamon Sinnott
Approached by Clough Village Tidy Towns group we were commissioned to design heritage interpretative signage detailing the rich heritage of this Co. Laois Village located 4km off the M8 Motorway. From early Bronze Age settlements, medieval towers and castles, 18th century churches and 19th century classical house, Clough boasts one of only two Crannog remains in the county.
Exploring the benefits of interpretation design
It’s now more important than ever to encourage people to take action for the environment. Interpretation design is a way of doing this in an inspiring way. It can teach children about the value of wildlife, help locals connect with their surroundings (whether urban or rural) and educate people on how to improve neighbourhoods. Our work includes project research, illustration, map origination, sign printing, fabrication and site installation. We offer a complete service from project brief to onsite delivery
